Email us with your question and the iPhone model and iOS version you are using. Do not include medication details or other sensitive health information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Email TimelyDoz SupportNotifications and reminders
TimelyDoz needs notification permission to alert you about scheduled doses. Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → TimelyDoz and allow notifications. If a reminder is missing, also check that the medication is active and has at least one saved dose time.
TimelyDoz Pro and purchases
TimelyDoz is free to use with one active medication and full reminders. TimelyDoz Pro unlocks unlimited active medications, follow-up nudges, editable meal times, and all-time history. Subscription prices, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase in the App Store.
To restore a previous purchase, open the TimelyDoz Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Apple manages payments, cancellations, and refunds through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Backup and privacy
Your medication records and dose history are stored on your device. You can export a backup when you choose and import it later. For more details, read the TimelyDoz Privacy Policy.

TimelyDoz is a reminder and organization tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage recommendations, or medication-interaction checking. Always follow the directions from your doctor, pharmacist, and medication label.
