Email us with your question and the device model and OS version you are using. You do not need to send us your drink diary, and we would rather you did not — describe the problem instead.

Your usual drinks sit on the home screen. One tap logs a drink, and a five-second undo appears immediately after — there is no confirmation dialog. If you miss the undo window, open the diary, swipe the entry, and delete or edit it there. Entries can be back-dated if you log after the fact.
Standard drinks and units
Alcohol Tracker converts every pour into your country's standard-drink or unit measure, and shows the arithmetic behind it — volume, ABV, and the resulting figure. If a total looks wrong, check the serving size and ABV saved on that drink first; those two values drive everything else.
Standard-drink definitions differ by country. You can change which definition is used in Settings. Changing it re-states past entries in the new measure; it does not alter what you logged.
Dry days and streaks
A dry day is something you bank on purpose — an empty day is not counted on its own. Mark the day in the calendar to bank it. A slip pauses a streak rather than resetting it, so a single drink does not erase weeks of work.
Alcohol Tracker Pro and purchases
Alcohol Tracker has a free tier that covers everyday logging. Pro unlocks the extended history, the full statistics set, and the additional themes. Prices, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown before you confirm a purchase.
To restore a previous purchase, open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchases. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple ID subscription settings, or by Google through Play subscription settings — we cannot process them for you.
Backup and privacy
Your diary is stored on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync, and the app ships with no analytics SDKs. You can export a backup when you choose and import it later — do that before changing phones, because we cannot recover a diary we never had. An optional, write-only Apple Health switch is off until you turn it on. For the full detail, read the Alcohol Tracker Privacy Policy.
Face ID lock and discreet notifications
You can require Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open the app. Lock-screen nudges are worded so they never name alcohol. If the lock is not appearing, check that biometric access is enabled for Alcohol Tracker in your device settings.
Health and safety
Alcohol Tracker is a self-tracking diary for adults of legal drinking age. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a treatment programme. Any blood-alcohol figure it shows is an estimate based on what you logged — never treat it as clearance to drive or operate machinery. If you are worried about your drinking, speak to a doctor or a local support service.
