Medical disclaimer: MediTick supports your routine — it is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional care. Always follow your doctor's and pharmacist's instructions. Do not rely solely on app reminders for critical medication.

1. acceptance

By downloading or using MediTick you agree to these terms. Where required, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MediTick on Apple devices you own or control, per the App Store terms.

4. reminders & availability

Notification delivery depends on your device settings, Focus modes, battery state and iOS behavior we don't control. Keep notifications enabled and verify your schedule after changing time zones or reinstalling.

5. your data, your responsibility

All data is stored on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for keeping backups via the in-app export; we cannot recover data from a lost or erased device.

6. acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell, or use the app in unlawful ways. Don't use MediTick as the sole safeguard for life-critical dosing.

7. disclaimer of warranty

MediTick is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tinkersmithstudio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including missed or duplicated doses, arising from use of the app.

9. changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
